At Primal Paradise Pets, we are committed to providing healthy, high-quality animals, plants, and products. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Live Animals & Plants

  • All reptiles, and aquatic/house plants are non-refundable due to the nature of live animals and delicate plants.

  • In rare cases of verified health issues at the time of pick-up or delivery, we offer store credit up to 50% ( FOR FISH ONLY) of the purchase price.

  • Store credit must be used within 90 days and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Non-Live Items (Supplies & Accessories)

  • Items such as tanks, cages, decorations, and other non-living products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, unopened and in original condition.

  • Refunds for non-live items will be issued as store credit unless otherwise arranged.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Live animals and plants must be inspected immediately upon pick-up or delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours with clear evidence (photos or videos).

  • Proper care instructions are provided for all animals and plants; failure to follow care guidelines may void store credit eligibility.
