Welcome to Primal Paradise Pets. By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to the following terms:

1. General

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Primal Paradise Pets.

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or remove content at any time without notice.

2. Purchasing Products

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • Orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including inventory errors or fraudulent activity.

  • Prices, descriptions, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

3. Live Animals & Plants

  • All reptiles, fish, and plants are sold as non-refundable due to their live nature.

  • If a health issue is verified at the time of pick-up or delivery, store credit up to 50% of the purchase price may be issued.

  • Customers must inspect live animals and plants immediately upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours with photo/video evidence.

  • Proper care instructions are provided. Failure to follow these may void store credit eligibility.

4. Non-Live Products

  • Accessories, supplies, and other non-living items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days in their original, unopened condition.

  • Refunds are issued as store credit unless otherwise arranged.

5. Liability

  • Primal Paradise Pets is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from improper care of live animals, plants, or use of products purchased from our store.

  • All purchases are at the customer’s risk once possession is transferred.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, images, and content on the site are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy

  • By using our site, you agree to our Privacy Policy, including collection and use of personal information for order fulfillment, marketing, and customer support.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.
