The Ball Python (Pastel Hypo Enchi Morph) is a beautiful and highly desirable combination of three popular genetic traits that create a bright, clean, and vibrant snake. The Pastel gene enhances yellow tones and overall brightness, the Hypo (Hypomelanistic) gene reduces dark pigmentation for a softer, cleaner look, and the Enchi gene intensifies pattern contrast while reducing busy markings. Together, these genes produce a stunning Ball Python with glowing golden coloration, reduced dark patterning, and a smooth, high-contrast appearance.

Ball Pythons originate from regions of West Africa and are known for their calm temperament and manageable size. Their docile nature and relatively straightforward care requirements make them one of the most popular pet snakes for both beginner and experienced reptile keepers.

In captivity, Ball Pythons thrive in secure enclosures that provide both warm and cool areas for proper thermoregulation. The warm side of the enclosure should be maintained around 31–33°C (88–92°F), while the cooler side should stay around 25–27°C (77–81°F). Humidity should generally remain between 50–60%, with slightly higher humidity during shedding to help maintain healthy skin.

Ball Pythons are carnivorous and feed on appropriately sized frozen-thawed rodents. Younger snakes typically eat once per week, while adults may eat every 10–14 days depending on size and condition.

With its vibrant golden colors, reduced dark tones, and bold patterning, the Pastel Hypo Enchi Ball Python is a striking and unique addition to any reptile collection. Each individual displays slightly different color intensity and pattern variations, making every snake truly one of a kind.
