The Cherry Barb is a peaceful, colourful schooling fish that adds vibrant red colour and constant activity to any freshwater aquarium. Males develop a rich cherry-red colour, especially during breeding, while females display a softer golden-red appearance. They are an excellent choice for both beginner and experienced fish keepers.
