The Giant Danio is a fast-swimming, energetic schooling fish known for its shimmering blue and gold coloration and active personality. They are hardy, easy to care for, and make an excellent choice for larger community aquariums with other active fish.

How to Care for Your Giant Danios
✔ Keep them in groups of 6 or more to encourage natural schooling behaviour and reduce stress.
✔ Provide plenty of open swimming space with plants, driftwood, and rocks around the edges of the aquarium.
✔ Maintain clean, well-filtered water with regular water changes.
✔ Feed a varied, high-quality diet to support vibrant colours and overall health.
✔ Keep them with other active, peaceful fish and avoid slow-moving or long-finned species that may become stressed by their energetic behaviour.
With proper care, Giant Danios can live 5–7 years and are an excellent addition to larger freshwater community aquariums, bringing constant movement and brilliant colour to the tank.
