The Golden Panchax is a striking surface-dwelling fish known for its brilliant golden-yellow body, shimmering scales, and confident personality. Hardy and easy to care for, they make an excellent centerpiece fish for peaceful community aquariums with similarly sized tank mates.

How to Care for Your Golden Panchax
✔ Provide a secure lid, as they are excellent jumpers.
✔ Include floating plants and open swimming areas near the surface, along with driftwood and other décor for shelter.
✔ Maintain clean, well-filtered water with regular water changes.
✔ Feed a varied, protein-rich diet to support healthy growth and vibrant coloration.
✔ Keep with peaceful fish too large to fit in their mouth, and avoid housing them with tiny fish or shrimp.
With proper care, Golden Panchax can live 5–8 years and make a beautiful, active addition to freshwater aquariums with their striking appearance and unique surface-dwelling behaviour.
